Instructions:

Light tip of smudge stick until tip of sage generates an orange flame. Lightly blow out the flame until smoke repels from the smudge stick. After smoke has been released wave your smudge stick in each corner of your house. Open windows to release any weird energy, bad spirits, etc out of your space. You can also sage yourself by starting at the crown, waving the sage down to your feet.

All smudge sticks are 3-4” in size.
